Portobello Alio Olio Spaghetti
Last Friday I cooked the mini portobello mushrooms I got from NTUC in my fave stir-fried recipe I concocted from analysing a few recipes. Stir-fried onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes, red capsicum and sliced up mini portobello with spaghetti. Added some chilli flakes along with sage, oregano and a dash of rosemary with some ole red wine I kept in the fridge.It tasted quite good but could use more salt. I never learn my lesson of tasting my food before serving. But boy it sure looked good. Don't you agree?
