Sore muscles, tired mind, hungry stomach

I'm finally done with de-thorning and conditioning all the roses and other flowers and greens I bought today at the wholesaler's. Dead tired with a stomach that never quite got its day's worth of meals. I had my breakfast at noon (after I got back from the wholesaler's) and had my lunch at 7pm. I have not had my dinner. But my kitchen is so full of flowers that I cannot possibly find the strength to move them just to cook instant noodles.

How I wish I bought those cup noodles I kept ranting about but never got around to buying.

It was satisfaction though. The thought of feeding the lovely flowers with water and nutrients made me feel so good. I hope the flowers will be healthy and strong for the bridal bouquet and boutonnieres I'll be making tomorrow. I also hope the flowers stay strong and gorgeous for the wedding on Sunday.

So much to do, so little time to rest but I did manage to catch Ghost Whisperer and House after I was done with the flowers. Phew! Now I just need to sleep and awake early to prepare for another long day.

Enchanted...

Today... actually technically it was yesterday... Enchanted was born.

I just registered my new business and it is called Enchanted. I hope to get my name card ready soon so I can get things rolling. Its quite exciting and a lot to be done.

The corporate identity is almost done but needs more fine tuning. I'm so excited to unveil it.
I really praise God for giving me inspiration!

I also managed to enchant Chris with his long awaited surprise anniversary gift from me. The postman delivered the package this afternoon, just 10 seconds after Chris stepped out of the house.

Thank God again for timing! I wrapped it up in time before Chris returned quite quickly from his brief meeting. Later than night, I gave him his surprise present and he opened it and was surprised.

I think he was moved by my present because it was very meaningful.

I made him a story book that I titled 'The Story Of Us.' which basically told the tale of us from the beginning till our first anniversary. I added lots of photos and excerpts from our past emails and letters and even my own journal that Chris did not know existed. It's an occasional journal to record breathtaking events in my life - when I feel like it. I thought the idea would blow him away and I guess it did.

Thanks be to God again... for being such a wonderful inspiring Father to me!
