Southern California School of Floral Design: Day 2

Today I learned the ultimate way to do a handheld bouquet - spiral technique. I absolutely love this technique as this was something I saw in American wedding bouquets and loved it. Thank God I manage to 'get it' though at first I did not quite 'get it'.

Then we learned to do topiaries though mine is a very much miniature version. I loved the lavendar carnations. They grow it hybrid here and Singapore doesn't have it.
