An Entry Dedicated To Him

I've been thinking of how I can thank God beyond prayers and praises. Then I realised, what better way than to say thanks through this blog!

Chris and I are most grateful to God for the following "miracles" that took place on 14 July 2007. Though small, we knew that He was with us through the entire day, simply through these small events that I call "small miracles".

• It didn't rain on 13 July (no soggy grass at venue) and the morning was good on 14 July


• Our rented car was not driven by the reputed unfriendly car owner but by Leroy, a guy that Chris' best man Dion happens to know!


• The vintage car we rented broke down, only after dropping us off at the hotel. But my poor bridesmaid Cheryl had to cab back in the hot sun (Thanks Cheryl and sorry about that)


• The vintage car was repaired just in time to pick Cheryl and I up to go to the venue


• It did not rain throughout the wedding (after a year of worry and prayers)


• The wedding ceremony was beautifully decorated


• The sun rays shone through the big ficus tree as we exchanged vows and got married


• A nearby church bells rang when our pastor said "Let us pray"


• The night ended with fireworks in the sky (from the National Day Parade rehearsal)

God is indeed wonderful and I know for sure how much He loves us.

PS: Of course there were bad stuffs that happened... I just didn't list them down here. But I'd like to count our blessings.
